Refund policy

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please email us on info@duyoga.ae and we will do our best to help you!

Kindly explain the reason of the return. The reason of return should be justifiable and we hold the right to accept or deny the request of returns. Returns and exchange requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. Items accepted should not be damaged, used, washed or altered. Once we receive the package, we will process the refund.

DuYoga holds the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet our return requirements.

Sale Items are final and may not be returned unless faulty.
